Voting & Elimination Strategy
Advanced voting tactics used by competitive Outlaster players — split votes, safety baiting, and counter-play.
Split Vote
When your alliance targets two players (A and B) and you are unsure who has Safety, split votes evenly (3-3 in a 6-person alliance). If A plays Safety, B goes home. If neither plays Safety, revote on the same target.
Safety Bait
Intentionally attract votes to yourself, then play Safety Advantage to waste enemy votes and eliminate the second-most voted player. High-risk but effective when you know you are the target.
Counter Vote Steal
Vote Steal can break split votes. Have a backup target ready. If you hold Vote Block or Extra Vote, save them for critical eliminations at merge.
Elimination Exit
Elimination Exit lets a player leave before votes are cast. Watch for opponents exiting — it means your split vote target may have changed. Have a contingency vote ready.
